You have been put in charge of managing the implementation of a new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. List all the steps that you as the project manager and your team will need to complete to get the CRM system developed and operational. The steps will include all the processes that must be accomplished as well as the sub processes. This is called a work breakdown structure (WBS).

This example of a WBS when registering for class (as opposed to developing a website) will give you an idea of how to create your WBS. Note that there are two main processes, and that the first process has a few sub processes:

• 1.0 Meet with adviser
• 1.1 Email adviser to set a time to meet
• 1.2 Fill out the registration form
• 1.2.1 Review courses available that are needed for graduation
• 1.2.2 Review course times to pick a schedule in which classes meet at different times to avoid overlapping
• 1.3 Attend meeting with the adviser
• 2.0 Register on the student system for adviser-approved classes
