Download GAD.xlsx data set. It shows graduate program admission decisions (Yes: 1 and No: 2), GRE score and undergraduate GPA for twenty-five students.
Tasks:
o Examine if the given data is suitable for the application of linear discriminant analysis.
o Create a linear discriminant function predicting admission decisions.
o Comment on the classification accuracy.
o Predict the admission decision given GRE score = 690 and GPA = 3.2.
o Perform logistic regression analysis for the data.
o Compare the classification accuracies of both methods.
Format your assignment according to the following formatting requirements:
o The answer should be typed, using Times New Roman font (size 12), double spaced, with one-inch margins on all sides.
o The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the assignment, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
