Select twenty different business cards you have collected in the last several years. If you do not have business cards, you can select individuals from the Internet that you have interest in working with in your field of study or in your daily life. For example, if you are studying nursing, you can look up different Doctors, Specialists, Physical Therapists, Nurses, Radiologists, etc. Collect information for twenty records.

Once you have collected your information, input it into a new database called "Business Contacts." Be sure to include the following fields:

• Name
• Title
• Company
• Address
• Phone Number
• Fax Number
• E-Mail
• Website

Any other important information that is essential to know about your contacts and could help you in working with them in the future. Remember to analyze any and all information you need to include. Read these instructions in its entirety before beginning. Just a suggestion, analyze how you need to create your fields and how they will be displayed. The information above are only categories. You need to create your fields from these categories.

After creating your table, you are to create the following:

i. Two queries in relation to what you want to know about the current data you have collected. An example would include, how many of your business contacts are within 20 miles of your home. This is in case you are offered a position with them and are hired. You probably don't want to drive 2 hours to Springfield to work and then return home the same day.

ii. Create a form for your Assistant to enter in the data easily in the future. Yes, you may have an Assistant someday.

iii. Create a report letting me know about each of the people you collected information on and why you felt it is essential to include this person in your list. (Hint: this will be one of your fields as well.)

iv. After completing this, create another table from your first table. This table will be "Personal Business Contacts." This can be anyone that you do business with now in and around your home and for yourself.

v. You will create another table using your data from the first table. This table will be "Future Business Contacts." This can be anyone who you may do business with in the future and look forward to contacting.

vi. All information will be in order by last name and ascending order. Make sure your columns are wide enough to accommodate the data. Check your spelling and grammar before submitting your assignment.

Format your assignment according to the give formatting requirements:

• The answer must be using Times New Roman font (size 12), double spaced, typed, with one-inch margins on all sides.

• The response also includes a cover page containing the student's name, the title of the assignment, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.

• Also include a reference page. The references and Citations should follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
