Create a PowerPoint presentation that will be communicated to your manager and his fellow managers. As a group, the managers have been reviewing, researching, and discussing the value of using a blog for organizational communications. Your focus is to help them understand what you have determined from running a blog of your own. You will complete a reflection summary presentation that addresses the following:
1. What are the professional uses of blogs in business?
2. What do you see as the pros and cons of using blogs?
3. What challenges did you experience in creating this blog?
4. What aspects did you need to consider from previous assignments when developing the blog?
5. What type of impact did this learning experience have on you and how can management learn from your experiences with a blog?
Incorporate appropriate animations, transitions, and graphics as well as "speaker notes" for each slide. The speaker notes may be comprised of brief paragraphs or bulleted lists.

Support your presentation with at least three (3) scholarly resources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources may be included.

Length: 12-15 slides (with a separate reference slide)
Notes Length: 100-150 words for each slide

Be sure to include citations for quotations and paraphrases with references in APA format and style where appropriate. Save the file as PPT with the correct course code information.
