Special education, inclusion, gifted education, vocational programs all required by the state and federal government. One piece of the access to these programs is based on the intelligence test given. There must be a documented need. Is this the best way to gain membership to these programs? Couldn't all students benefit from individually tailored programs? How do we pay for it all? What is fair? As a parent do you want your child to receive these services?
