Based on your understanding of the religions covered in class, construct a response to a New Religious Movement (NRM) from the perspective of the religion you've chosen: would the religion you've chosen be accepting of a NRM or not? Why? Start by maybe selecting one of the 'Alternate Paths' discussed in chapter 11 so you have some context to go off of (or select your own NRM if you have a different idea).
Reflection
With as many NRMs as there are, there are more options than ever for someone seeking a spiritual path. Do you think newer alternatives are more attractive to people? Why or why Not?
