Conflict resolution is one of the most important skills to live in a harmonious workplace, but also in our personal lives! Knowing how to manage conflict can also help us as administrative managers.
Please take the attached quiz (link at top), and add up your scores.
Then, please perform research on your preferred style--providing links to at least two articles at the end of your memo. NOTE: the organization of this memo is different than previous memos. I am asking you to interweave the two articles into your discussion; therefore, you need to cite your articles in your memo. At this point, I'm not going to require a specific "style" (such as APA or MLA, as you will learn those in ADMG 372 and ADMG 385). I simply want you to put in quote marks materials you borrow from the articles and tell me which article you got the information from- you can use the name of the author in parenthesis, or the name of the article in parenthesis, or the URL in parenthesis.
Finally, write a 1-2 page memo. Include under the appropriate heading at least 3 positive aspects and 3 challenges of your preferred style.

Your second heading should be Positive Aspects of My Preferred Style
Your third heading should be Challenges with My Preferred Style
