f) Add a section to the back of the human resource plan and complete a risk analysis and risk mitigation strategy to deal with issues such as:
• Death of key personnel
• Loss of knowledge when staff leave
• Sudden increase/decrease in clients
• Change in legislation such as IR, EEO or training requirements
