Compute the speed of the bucket at the bottom

A bucket of water joined to a rop is rotating in a vertical circle (loop). The radius of the circle is around 1.40m

i) At the top of the loop the bucket has merely the exact amount of speed to make it over the top devoid of spilling any water at the top the tension in the rope is zero, compute the speed of the bucket at the top of the circle

ii) As the bucket continues to rotate, compute the speed of the bucket at the bottom (lowest point in the circle by using the conservation of energy.
