Complete the Global Readiness Index, Assessment 4, in the text on page W-36 and calculate your scores. Compute the final scores to one decimal point.
• Write a paper discussing your current global mind-set, global knowledge, and global work skills based on the assessment. (In the assessment I scored a 3.3 in global mind-set, a 3 in global knowledge and a 4.3 in global work skills. In this assessment a perfect score is 5).
• Global mind-set is receptive to and respectful of cultural differences, global knowledge that includes the continuing quest to know and learn more about other nations and cultures and global work skills that allow you to work effectively across cultures.
• In your discussion, please explain how your attitudes, emotional intelligence and perceptions influenced your scores.
