Complete a Personal Leadership Development Plan. Integrate the learning from the course material (Hackman & Johnson; George) and other source literature. Give careful thought as you are required to determine your personal philosophy, personal vision, and mission statement. Include components that address your style of leadership; other types of leadership styles and what elements you would prefer to adopt and/or remove from your personal leadership style. Be sure to discuss and examine your leadership style and the style of others that you may want to emulate or disassociate. Outline the strengths, weaknesses and special talents of each. Develop your Personal Leadership Plan and how you will apply it on your job. Be as thorough as possible in developing your plan.
