Internal and external factors provide organizations and corporations to recognize what is being influenced and what is underperforming towards employees at the workplace. Organizational culture also reminds one to review about what exactly is a factor, and how it would play in any type of scenario (Shatilo, 2020). For instance, a factor could be referred to the level of diversity, or the level of communication between employees and managers, or the status quo at the workplace. As a future organizational manager or leader, it is inevitable when one has to pinpoint what mistake should be rectified to make the organization functional and effective.

Internal Revenue Service addresses the organization whereas I will perform a comparison and contrast with respect to the internal and external factors. Netherlands and United States represent two distant nations how they systematize taxes respectively with the laws and how the organizations perform based on the internal and external factors. The case study conducted by Heijes (2011), who believed that management and organizational culture play both internal and external factors in the Internal Revenue Service in the Netherlands. From my previous study on organizational with my employee in the United States, the management influenced how diversity and knowledge for improving the quality of work. If one should be reminded, management theories define how the organization directs all employees in terms of relevancy with one another (Dahlgaard-Park, Reyes & Chen, 2018).  One may need to confirm that the role of management accelerates how the employees are sustained in terms of the quality of work and the environment. Moreover, the case study indicates that culture and management play both internally and externally how the quality of work influenced the employees of the Internal Revenue Service (Heijes, 2011). The relationship between internal and external factors maintains the bond of managers and employees alike how they interact at the workplace. This explains why the Internal Revenue Service in the Netherlands failed to increase diversity since it played an external factor in the quality of work for all employees (Heijes, 2011). On the other hand, the diversity and the quality of work indicate there is a low percentage of turnovers at the Internal Revenue Service in the United States.

Knowledge plays an external factor for organizations and corporations, especially when it comes to the quality of work for both employees and managers. Both agencies identify the usage of information technology how employees and managers maintain their knowledge from their experience internally and externally of their employments respectively (Bhatti, Santoro, Sarwar & Pellicelli, 2021). Personally, the role of training plays a significant one at the Internal Revenue Service in the United States since it benefits both the agency and employees for improving their quality of work. The Netherlands Internal Revenue detects that the role of diversity failed the employees with regards to gain knowledge due to the "male dominance" at the workplace (Heijes, 2011). Knowledge and diversity implicitly refer that employees would gain such assurance from their managers and executives.

In conclusion, the role of factors boosts or fails the organization or corporation if the managers and executives address the problems facing their workplaces, in which they influence either organization culture or structure and impact the quality of work as well. Organizations and corporations recognize that the internal and external factors facilitate the employees and managers alike to improve the workplace itself (Kennelly, 2019). One should recognize that the internal and external factors indicate one or more issues at the workplace that possibly lead to a failure or breakdown within the organization (Bhatti et al., 2021; Kennelly, 2019). The employees justify that the internal and external factors exist at the workplace whereas the factors will impact either soon or far future with their quality of work.
