Changes in fcc regulations

Problem:

Some company employees have agreed with suggested changes in FCC regulations that will allow for more mergers overall in the media and TV industry, permitting consolidation of up to 45% control in a geographic market prior to the FCC prohibiting further consolidation of media assets. A magazine editor recently wrote "free TV and pay TV are completely intertwined. A handfull of corporations own and control the vast majority of both." The public relations and lobbying team of some of the other media giants in media and TV have requested we do not support the FCC's recommended changes in congress.

-discuss the legal and ethical implicatins of the ongoing debate

-make a point to either agree or disagree with the poublic relations and lobbying team and why
