Career counseling is an integral part of human development because career searching and identification of career goals utilize strengths help the individual to grow the individual having the ability to identify their career goals helps to complete the individual holistically . With these programs in place they are able to learn more about their own personality and overall they are able to implement their strengths building a level of gratification with utilizing their skills.

School counselors play huge part in elementary school as well the national career development association in CDA also established that education left it by US Department of education they help to increase their knowledge of what is to be learned in school setting and continue to compile information. Elementary schools are viewed by many as essential ingredients of the process of all students( Burns, 2014 Sain, 2004) and they offer comprehensive career relation programs.

Career development is a lifelong process of the programs are age-appropriate they include planning, oversight, and operational procedure. The role of the cancer is very inclusive one approach that is taken is a universal approach elementary schools are universal they are open to all and considered prescriptive by providing standards of achievement primarily based on the needs of the changing society (Burns, 2004) students have the ability to master skills that will prep them for a lifelong learning they are able to gain skills such as problem-solving, rationale thinking, and overall general knowledge preparing them for them to be equipped for their future career.
