Communication is key! Whether it is done verbally, written, tweeted, or put on a billboard it is all in the delivery! Can you pinpoint instances where the communication was good or possible delivered in the wrong manner? For example delivering a message to your "hourly" employees who make up 80% of your workforce and don't have access to computers "on the job" is not great delivery!
