Can an old dog learn new skills?
I concur with the results in my high scores on increasing authority and the personal characteristics of Expertise and the position characteristic of flexibility. In any situation, I strive to listen to the experts. I want to be knowledgeable in the area before influencing others to follow a course of action. I feel I am flexible in my decision making too. I will take into account strong reason or points of view based on what the known facts are available. In this way, I try to manage conflicts so that even if you don't totally agree with a decision you can at least understand the reason behind my decision and feel that our voice was heard-compromising.
