Calculating the electric field

A long pipe of outer radius 3.40cm and inner radius 2.89cm carries a uniform charge density of 3.22mC/m*3. Using Gauss's law and assuming the pipe is sufficiently long to consider it infinitely long calculate the electric field r=7.14cm from the centreline of the pipe. Could someone please help me and also explain why they did what steps.
