1) A non-volatile solute depresses the freezing point of cyclohexane by 4.0 degrees Celsius. If cyclohexane has the formula C6H12, calculate the mole fraction of solute and solvent present in the solution.

2) The vapor pressure of pure cyclohexane is 32.0 torr at itsfreezing point of 5.5 degrees Celsius. Calculate the vapor pressureof the solution using #1 at this temperature.
