Calculate the flow rate of solution b neede to concetrate

A dilute aqueous solution of H2SO4 (solution) is to be concetrated with solution containing 90 % H2SO4 by mass (solution B) to produce a 75 % solution (solution C).

The flow rate and concentration of solution A change periodically, so that it is necessary to adjust the flow rate of solution B to keep the product H2SO4 concetration constant. Flowmeters A and B have have linear calibration plots mass flow (q) versus meter reading (R), which pass through the following points:

Flowmeter A: qA = 150 Ibm/hr, Ra = 20

qA = 500 Ibm/hr, RA = 60

Flowmeter B: qB = 200 Ibm/hr, RB = 20

qB = 800 Ibm/hr, RB = 60

The analyzer calibration is straight line on aplot of % H2SO4(x) on logarithmic scale versus meter reading (Rx) on alinear scale; the line passes through the points (x = 20 %, Rx = 30 and (x = 100 %, Rx 10.0).

(A) calculate the flow rate of solution B neede to concetrate 300 ibm/hr of 55% H2SO4 (solution A) and the resulting flow rate of solution C
