Calculate the concentration of the naoh soaking solution

One method of commercially removing the skins from potatoes is to soak them in a 3 to 6 M solution of sodium hydroxide for a short time. When the potatoes are removed from this solution, the skins are sprayed off. In one titration analysis of the NaOH solution, 36.2 mL of 0.650 M sulfuric acid (a diprotic acid) was required to neutralize (react completely) with a 25.0 mL sample of the soaking solution. Calculate the concentration of the NaOH soaking solution.
