The reaction CH3CH2NO2 + OH- → H2O + CH3CHNO2 - obeys the rate law d[A]/dt = -k[A][OH-], where A denotes CH3CH2NO2. It takes 0.5 min for one percent of the A to react at 25°C, in the case of a solution 0.002 M in A and 0.3 M in NaOH. Calculate k.
