Part A - Seek Feedback from two or more of the following:

  • People from a wide range of social, cultural and ethnic backgrounds
  • Team members

Once you have completed your Personal Development Plan upload to the LMS.

Please ensure all the following areas are included;

  • Personal Goals;
  • Performance Measurement;
  • Action Plan; (including feedback provided in Part A to be analysed and applied)
  • Time frames;

Part C - Using outlook or equivalent on your computer, complete and upload to the LMS a week of diary entries which to organise and priorities tasks and commitments.
