General Instructions:
When Being The Boss Isn't Enough
Answer the following questions to begin analysing each person's role in the case.
Write short answers (paragraph format) to each question; each answer should be no more than 300 words. Paraphrase and summarise relevant class or case material in your own words. Avoid directly quoting the case or class material unless absolutely necessary.
1. Briefly describe the importance of communication between team at workplace. Briefly explain the concept of team effectiveness and workplace communication and describe relevant evidence from the case.
2. Describe the corporate culture and the prevalent cultural values at CHAC.
3. How are you going to resolve the conflict between the two people? Briefly explain the concept of conflict and negotiation in resolving the conflict and briefly describe relevant evidence from the case.
4. Provide a practical recommendation that can minimize and resolve issues at CHAC.
