Breaking strength of the steel bar

Let Y be the breaking strength of the steel bar. If the steel bar is manufactured by procedure I, then Y is normally distributed with the mean µ = 50 and variance s2=36. It is hoped that if procedure II is used, Y will be usually distributed with the mean µ = 55 as well as variance s2=36. We would like to suggest a large random sample of bars manufactured through process II. We will test the null hypothesis: H0: µ = 50 against alternative Ha: µ = 55. We sampled 32 bars and found????=53.
