Module 3 introduces relational database concepts. Let us take an example to consider how a database is applied to a business situation. Many businesses now use loyalty cards to track their customers and collect marketing data - grocery stores like Kroger, gas stations like Speedway, and so on.
Think of an example of such loyalty card program. Based on your knowledge of relational databases, what sort of tables would such a loyalty program need in its database? What would be the primary keys for each of those tables? Do you think this use of database technology is a good idea?
