Based on this scenario, I am trying to come up with two nursing diagnoses . One physiological and one psychosocial. They are to be in the format of "X" relating to "Y" as evidenced by "Z" and supported by three findings. A specific, measurable, realistic goal with a time frame is to be included with each. Finally, three interventions (meaning, what exactly will be done to solve these problems) for each problem. The attached file is the case study.
