Consider the following: You have asked each teacher to stay after school until his or her students have all been either picked up by parents or boarded a school bus to go home.
One of the teachers comes to you to report that her colleague who teaches fifth grade leaves every day as soon as the bell rings, which means other teachers have to monitor her students. There is a lot of complaining among the staff.
