Assignment Task:
1. Review a range of video proposals from other organisations (this will allow you to explore and learn about other R&R programs and identify varying quality of video proposals).
2. Assess the quality of video proposals. Do they meet the brief?
3. Explain and discuss the strengths and weaknesses of both video proposals.
4. Draw on P&R theory and use the STAR feedback framework to present your evidence and rational for your observations. Perhaps one video is 'stronger' that the other?
5. Finally, offer corrective action in the form of two recommendations only for the video that you consider to be weaker in quality.
