Then: Develop your theory using the literature u created which u reviewed and some new research as needed. Describe exactly what it is about your program that will make it work. This may require some additional explanation of the program or practice you have chosen to evaluate ours is on how can in school programs help reduce delinquency, as parts of this program/practice may be novel in their approach to finding effective strategies to achieve the expected outcome.
This will feel a little like a literature review, but it is meant to really think about the program/practice and understand it on a molecular level. As such, describe the context that the program is trying to implement this program/practice, context is also incredibly important in achieving an expected outcome. Speak on your context in general terms or specific, and this should be no longer than about 2 paragraphs. Pay close attention to how you are citing your sources, and the type of source you are using.
