The faculty member will guide the formation of the groups, and the groups will be created as Study Groups.
Groups will use the Study Group area of the classroom to discuss and formulate group documents. Points may be deducted if the study group area is not used for these purposes.
Any team member who does not contribute to the group project will receive zero grade points for the assignment and zero grade points for the peer review.
Required Formatting of Situation:
- This report should be double spaced, 12-point font, and two pages in length per student evaluator role in the group excluding the title page and reference page.
- In addition, the group is responsible as a group for providing one summary/abstract listing on a separate page.
- Title page with your name, the course name, title of paper, the date, and instructor's name.
- This paper is to be written in the third person. There should be no words in the paper such as "I and we."
- Include reference page.
- Use APA formatting for in-text citations and reference page.
- Students need to paraphrase and avoid direct quotes.
- Submit the paper in the Assignment Folder.

Option 1
Several offers are expected for an upcoming solicitation for program management support to a program office for a five-year contract. You must develop evaluation factors for this upcoming solicitation.
You will be assigned evaluator roles for creating sub-factors for the following evaluation criteria for the upcoming solicitation:
- corporate experience
- past performance (ascertained via questionnaire)
- technical solution
In your assigned evaluator role:
- You are to develop three specific sub-factors that will be used to evaluate all offerors for the upcoming program management support solicitation.
- Each sub-factor will have a description of fewer than 10 words.
- Each sub-factor will also be explained as to its rationale for being used.
- Include a one page summary listing explaining the importance of each factor in relation to the other factors.
