Question 1. Identify the vision and mission of the company for whom you work (or have worked). How does the vision and mission affect the organization's culture? More specifically, how is that communicated in the actions of the organization?

Question 2. Analyze an organizational change in a business (your employer) or organization (e.g., fraternity, sorority) in which you belong, where there was some resistance to change. How was thischange handled and what was the outcome?

Question 3. Interview an entrepreneur: someone who has started a business in the past 5 years. How did he/she do it and why? Also, what was a change they had to make that they did not anticipate in the beginning?

Question 4. Analyze the organization structure of the company for which you currently work or have worked for in the past. What are the reporting relationships and has it been successful? From what you have learned so far about organization structure, what do you think could be improved?
