(a) Describe the gift-giving situation facing the consumer and the nature of the gift-giving relationship; write a minimum of 5-6 sentences in response to this.
(b) Describe the decision-making process the consumer goes through from the time the gift-giving situation arises until purchase of the gift, based on the fact that it is an extensive problem solving decision. Write at least 2-3 sentences regarding what happens at each stage.
