Question 1. A new director decides to reorganize the department you work in. This reorganization comes about without input from the employees and many of the nurses that you oversee are feeling resentful of the change. As a nurse leader, identify factors that may lead to conflict and ways the nurse leader can manage them.

Question 2. Nurse Susan regularly work with 2 other nurses because their schedules tend to line up with hers. About the only time she don't work with these 2 nurses is when she work an extra shift. Normally the 3 of them get along really well and work like a well-oiled machine. Lately though, the nurse Susan been noticing her 2 coworkers don't seem to be getting along well. She overhear snide remarks, notice them distancing themselves from one another, and they avoid taking breaks together. The nurse Susan have no idea what's going on but she can feel the tension during their shifts.
