o Care of Correctional Populations
o Care of Populations Affected by Disaster
In your initial post, identify and describe:
1) Key determinants affecting the health of your chosen special population.
2) At least five health promotion and five illness/injury prevention interventions that might be appropriate for the special population that you selected.
3) At least 2 restorative health care considerations for your chosen special population and analyze the role of the community health nurse in each.
The response should include a reference list. Using double-space, Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
