Part one: explain and analyze the customer perspective (600 words): Summarize and explain the customer's viewpoint and customer measurements and how they link to Coca-cola company's goal to increase its industry market share by retaining customers and increasing customers by analyzing the company's sales prices, costs for materials and services, quality of products and services, product innovation, timing of delivery of products and services, and improvement in overall customer service.

Part two: conclusion: (400 word):

Explain and analyze if Coca -cola will be successful in implementing its balanced scorecard plan based on THE CUSTOMER MARKET THE COMPANY IS TRYING TO ATTRACT.

Part three: presentation using power point ( 5' for each member): each member will use a 4 to 6 slides to explain CUSTOMER PERSPECTIVE.
