Paper Problem: Aviation Accident Analysis
Each analysis should be a minimum of 1500 words, and roughly the first half of the paper should address the timeline and causal factors in the accident, and the role of any airline and airport managers, flight dispatchers, air traffic controllers, pilots, aircraft manufacturers, mechanics, weather forecasts, weather conditions, etc., in the accident. The second half of the paper should highlight the various lessons learned and what measures (procedural, technological, etc.) should be adopted, particularly with regard to SMS, to prevent a similar accident from occurring in the future. NTSB documents for each accident may be found in the course Content area.
The response must include a reference list. One-inch margins, double-space, Using Times New Roman 12 pnt font and APA style of writing and citations.
