The defendant, Nwabuoku, purchased $1,500 worth of furniture from the plaintiff, Y&N Furniture. Nwabuoku would then begin paying Beneficial the amount due plus interest, according to their financing agreement. Nwabuoku refused to acknowledge receipt to Beneficial and eventually rejected the goods, claiming that he did not want the furniture. Is this rejection enforceable?
