A wind speed sensor generates an output voltage that ranges

A wind speed sensor generates an output voltage that ranges between 10 to 55 mV when the wind speed varies from 0 to 120Km/Hr.The output of the sensor is connected to an Analog to Digital Converter (ADC) through a signal conditioning circuit. Design a signal conditioning circuit using op amps considering that the range of the input voltage of the ADC is 0 to 3.3V. In addition, the circuit must have very high input impedance.
