A stearic acid molecule consists of 18 carbon atoms linked

A stearic acid molecule consists of 18 carbon atoms linked together. Assuming that the thickness, t, of a monolayer is equal to the length of the stearic acid molecule, what is the size diameter of a carbon atom, s =t/18.

Now, previously I had a question that asked me to find thickness of a monolayer t=volume/area and this is what i had. 0.094 g/mL / 665 area (I guess). I believe the answer is 1.42x10^-4
