A perfect gas undergoes an isothermal compression which

Question- A perfect gas undergoes an isothermal compression, which reduces its volume by 1.80 dm3. The final pressure and volume of the gas are 1.97 bar and 2.14 dm3, respectively.

1) Calculate the original pressure of the gas (a) in bar, (b) in Torr. 2?

2) If the gas (still perfect gas) goes through an isothermal expansion, with pi = 2 bar and pf = 1 bar and the change in volume is 2 dm3. What would be the initial volume of the gas?

By means of textbook reference solve the reactions given in above problem
