A noncompetitive inhibitor


Can taking a noncompetitive inhibitor (doesn't change ability for amino acid to bind, but causes a decrease in the rate of conformational change of the transporter) and a competitive inhibitor have additive effect on decreasing amino acid (more so than using them individually)?
