A buffer with a ph of 406 contains 023 m of sodium benzoate

Question- Hello guys, I am having trouble solving this problem, I tried doing an ICE chart but I keep getting lost. Here is the question:

A buffer with a pH of 4.06 contains 0.23 M of sodium benzoate and 0.32 M of benzoic acid. What is the concentration of [H ] in the solution after the addition of 0.054 mol of HCl to a final volume of 1.4 L?

If possible I want to know how to work this problem out, thanks in advance.

Anyone can tell me how to solve it bit by bit so that I will be able to be aware of what is going on?
