Applications hosted in the Worker roles may run asynchronous, long-running or the perpetual tasks independent of the user interaction or input. It helps, when you isolate your application’s background processes in the worker’s role and host the front-end in the Web role, you may better distribute your application logic and has more fine grain control over thow your application scales.
