Illustrate the difference between an iterative model and waterfall model?

Waterfall Model: It is a flow based model, in which we pass each and every stage once and cannot go back to that stage again.

Iterative Model: In this we can come back to preceding stages and make the modifications accordingly. In this we revived a final output product at the end of SDLC.
