Interlacing is defined as the method of incrementally showing the visual on CRT. On some raster scan systems, each frame is displayed in two passes by using an interlaced refresh method. In first pass, beam seeps across each other scan line from top to bottom. Then after vertical retrace, the beam sweeps out the remaining scan lines.
