What is CSS
Explain what do you meant by the CSS or Cascading Style Sheets?
Expert
CSS or Cascading Style Sheets refers to a technical specification which enables HTML document authors to attach the formatting style sheets to the HTML documents. When the HTML documents are viewed as the Web pages through Web browsers, attached style sheets will change the default style sheets that are embedded in the browsers.
One of the fundamental attributes of the CSS is that the style sheets cascade; authors may attach a preferred style sheet, however the reader may have a personal style sheet in order to adjust for the human or the technological handicaps. The rules for resolving the conflicts between several style sheets are described in the CSS specification.
