In type II diabetes treatment is completed with oral drugs that regulate the glucosemetabolism or in many severe cases with parenteral management of insulin. The moderation of carbohydrate ingestion is a vital aid to diabetes treatment. The diabetes cure with the use of hypoglycemic agents, such as insulin or oral medicines, should be carefully and medically administrated because if wrongly used these drugs can abruptly reduce the glucose blood level, cause hypoglycemia and even death.  Many other forms of diabetes cure are under research globally.
