Significance of Personality - Organizational Behavior

Personality factors are extremely important in organizational settings; often the 'wrong' kind of personality causes undesirable tensions and worries in organizations. The costs of such tensions and worries are enormous when we interpret them from the point of view of employee-employee relations, peer relations and superior-subordinate relations.
