Shear :

a) The internal layer is made to slide over each other known as shear. 
b) Converts the location of coordinate as described below:
 X ‘= x + shx .y’, Y’ = y
c) Shift in the location of objects relative to the shearing reference lines are same as that of the translations.
 
Reflection :

a) It is defined as a mirror image of an object.
b) Rotating around 180 degree.
c) Flat object moving within the x y plane.
d) Reflection about the y axis flips the coordinates of x.
e) Reflection point as pivot point is same as above
f) In order to receive the transformation matrix for the reflection diagonal is y = -x
g) Sequence

1.   Clockwise rotation by around 45 degree.
2.   Reflection about the y axis.
3.   Counter wise rotation by the 45 degree.
