Routine Response: There are certain products in the market that are purchased by the customer almost devoid of much thought like bread, butter, milk and so on. There is a very low quantity of involvement by the customer while purchasing such products. The human mind acquires programmed in a certain way whenever it comes to purchase of these products therefore it is completed devoid of any prior thought or computation.
